Everything was simply very good. Really enjoyed our trip in this magnificent hotel. Got stylish room with jacuzzi and a cozy bedroom, for example - always come in handy. The location was stunning, near to the Massage center, greenery and the prettiest valley in Munnar and easily accessible. Furthermore, in the jungle.

The hotel staff was dirty.

This hotel is a complete disaster! Upon arrival, we discovered that the jacuzzi was out of order, one of the main reasons we booked the presidential suite. The cleanliness was shocking. The bathrooms hadn't been properly cleaned, and I found dirt and stains everywhere. I requested basic amenities like an iron and ironing board but had to wait forever, and when they finally arrived, it was missing the essential items. My experience was nothing short of frustrating, and I regret choosing this place.

Waking up to the sweet sound of birds and misty mountain views was enchanting. Particularly Vijaylakshmi and Narmada.

The deluxe suite we stayed in was amazing, especially the private waterfall that was surprisingly beautiful and the delicious food prepared by the chef. The spa center and outdoor swimming pool were just what we needed to unwind after a long day of exploring. Just a heads up, the breakfast could use some improvement, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

Fine, Fine, Fine

I was blown away by the gorgeous glass and wooden decor throughout the resort! The nature walk to a nearby waterfall was a magical experience that rejuvenated my spirit. Every meal was a treat, especially the breakfast buffet that had a fantastic range of options!

The beautiful suite was super cozy with a balcony and a fine view of the jungle. Spa facilities were on point, offering a fitness center, steam room, and outdoor swimming pool. Staff was really friendly, especially vijayalakshmi and rafik from the welcome desk who made our check-in smooth. The drive to the resort is scenic but it's remote with no shops nearby. Food could be better, but everything else was great!

The lush surroundings made for an amazing adventure, and the kids loved playing in the children's playground. The highlight was definitely hanging around the bonfire in the evenings for some cozy family fun.

The long and bumpy road to the resort was inconvenient. We encountered slow service at the restaurant, and cleanliness could be improved. Tables weren't cleaned promptly, and there were flies around, which detracted from the dining experience. The staff, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed and unable to address all guest needs quickly. The beauty of the location and the spacious accommodations were good, but some attention to service and dining quality would enhance the experience significantly.

We loved visiting the Rose Garden and Tata Tea Museum. Hanging out around the bonfire in the evenings was lit. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The room was comfortable and the dining was great. Totally recommend this spot for a chill getaway.

The journey to the resort was a bit hectic, but worth it for the experience.
